Jay Kim is a licensed Attorney and Certified Public Accountant. As a former IRS appeal officer, he is a member of a very specialized group of tax practitioners. Jay has worked on all types of tax issues ranging from individuals with less complex tax problems to large corporations with complex tax controversies involving millions of dollars.

Mr. Kim holds licenses from both New York and New Jersey. He started his career as CPA at KPMG, a tax analyst at Exon Mobile, an IRS agent and appeal officer. He represented multi-national corporations performing financial audits, Non-profit organization, tax implications analysis, commercial litigation, and financial reporting and accounting procedure investigations. Jaipaul Bajwa Esq

Mr. Jaipaul Bajwa has been a practicing attorney for the past 15 years. He is admitted to practice law in the states of New York and Connecticut. Attorney Bajwa is in good standing with the bar associations of both states. He practices in the areas of business and family-based immigration matters. He is dedicated to achieving the best results for his clients. Attorney Bajwa has diligently and competently represented clients in a variety of immigration matters, including, family-based petitions, adjustment of status, waivers, cancelation of removal, vawa, and business, and investor visas with the United States Customs and Immigration Service. Attorney Jaipaul also represents clients in litigation cases in U.S. Immigration Courts. Jaipaul routinely appears on behalf of clients at various USCIS offices and immigration courts in various states. Our firm is capable of handling immigration matters throughout the United States.
Attorney Bajwa, being the child of immigrants, understands the trials and tribulations that immigrants go through, especially when dealing with the daunting immigration process. Jaipaul prides himself on excellent client communication and making sure his clients are informed at every step of the process. As a first-generation American, born and raised in the State of Connecticut, attorney Bajwa strives to help his clients achieve their American dream.
Jaipaul Bajwa received his BA from McGill University. He received his J.D. from Hofstra University and an LLM in Tax law from Temple University. Attorney Bajwa speaks English, and Punjabi and is conversational in Hindi. He enjoys collecting one-of-a-kind watches, traveling, hiking, and biking in his spare time.

Misha Libman is the Co-Founder and Head of Product at Snark.art, an art and technology production studio that specializes in the creation and distribution of works that leverage blockchain and other emerging technologies. Founded by Andy Alekhin and Misha Libman, Snark.art collaborates with international artists, curators, and artistic partners to explore the creative possibilities of the blockchain technology by developing projects in art, performance, music, and literature. Misha received his B.A. and M.A. in Economics from the University of Chicago, as well as studied film at the New School for Media Studies.
Nicole Clapper

Nicole Clapper is a senior paralegal and an accomplished legal administrator with over a decade of experience in law firm environments. Nicole has experience in the areas of immigration, civil litigation, housing matters, real estate, foreclosures, tax disputes, and bankruptcy. In addition to her role as a senior paralegal, Nicole manages the administrative functions and helps the firm run smoothly and effectively. Nicole’s background is both comprehensive and specialized and leverages her experience to enhance ICBS' capabilities. Nicole specializes in both family and employment-based immigration law cases, including Relative Petitions, Professional and Skilled Worker Petitions, Waivers, Professional Visas (H-1B, O, P), L1A & L1B, EB-5, Victims of Crime Visas, Domestic Abuse and Trafficking (U visa/VAWA/T visa), Religious Worker Visas, Change of Status and Extensions, DACA/TPS applications, and Naturalization applications. She also has vast experience and success in the areas of 601/601A/212 waivers and consular processing.
From handling case preparation to communicating with clients, Nicole cares deeply about helping our clients achieve their goals in the US. One of the most important things for Nicole is making sure our clients feel comfortable and relaxed throughout the process. She is passionate about advocating for those who may not have an equal voice or whose voices are not valued in today’s society and is an asset to ICBS.
